Die rechtliche Gestalt von Tierrechten

In welche rechtliche Form kann und soll man Tierrechte gießen? Welche subjektiven Rechte de lege lata könnten hier als Vorbild dienen?

Das Referat befaßt sich mit Grundlagen der Einteilung von Rechten und Möglichkeiten ihrer Durchsetzung und setzt diese in Beziehung zum Tierrechtsgedanken. Es macht deutlich, daß nicht alles was sich formell „Tierrecht“ nennt, auch inhaltlich diese Bezeichnung verdient.

The legal guise of animal rights

What legal form could and should animal rights have? Which individual rights already existing could be used as paradigm?

This talk will focus on the fundaments and structures of rights and possibilities of their enforcement and contrast this with the notion of animal rights. It makes a point that not every phenomenon that could be understood as animal right in a formal meaning is one materially.
