I've been vegan for 45 years, am blessed with a beautiful vegan daughter and son-in-law, and share my home with a wise vegan canine who is a seasoned advocate and activist in his own right. A voluntary speaker for VIVA! and The Vegan Society, a representative of GAP (Greens for Animal Protection) and active on social media for animal liberation, social justice and the environment, my joy is sharing the truth I have discovered and assisting the evolution of our beautiful suffering world in whatever way possible.
