Three day tickets cost less with registrations (including payment) made by the dates in the table below:

Other tickets
There are fixed prices for single day tickets and particular program sessions. (No early booking bonus). Admission is free on Thurday evening.

Meals
During the congress, the conference centre offers a 3 course vegan (partly organic) lunch and evening meal. Please note that booking these meals when registering is necessary to ensure there will be enough!

The cafeteria also offers vegan cakes, pastries and snacks thoughout the day.
For those staying in the Don Bosco-Haus conference centre's accommodation, breakfast is included. However, please contact them personally to secure a Vegan breakfast!
Reductions
Contributing to the Congress
Taking an active part in the congress pays off. For those contributing to the program, admission is free of charge. Program contributions are: (approved) workshops, talks, panel debates and moderation.
Those reliably helping out during the conference with jobs such as door supervision, assisting with technical equipment, taking care of the info-stand and book-stall also have free admission on the day that they help out provided they do three jobs on one day.
